You can sleep with eyelash extensions. It is recommended to sleep on your back if you want to maintain the lifespan of your eyelash extensions. Other options include using a special pillowcase made of silk, wearing 3D eye masks or even trying a lash pillow.
How can I sleep without ruining my eyelash extensions?
Resting your head and lashes on a silk pillowcase is ideal when you have eyelash extensions. Not only will it allow your lashes and the extensions themselves to glide on the surface while you sleep, but you will also avoid any lashes getting caught or pulled like when you use a cotton pillowcase
How do you wash your face with eyelash extensions?

1. Lash Lighting Setup
As a lash artist, lighting is going to be your best friend. For me, I wanted something that would not only allow me to see every aspect of my client’s lashes but also provide functionality for photos. I shopped around for something that was both affordable and good quality. The one I found that worked best for me was the Glamour Light. I love this light! It’s flexible and allows you to capture every angle of your lashes as you apply the extensions.
2. Client ease
I tried several pillows; I wanted one that would work for me but also provide neck support and comfort for my clients. The Lash Professionals Lash Pillow stole my heart, and it is definitely the most comfortable. In addition to the pillow, I chose a large, fluffy blanket that I drape over the bed when not in use. Remember to coordinate these items with not only something functional, but also something that matches the design and decor of your space.
Eyelash Storage
Clear bins are the best place I’ve found to store my eyelash inventory. I label them “volume” or “classic” and organize them by curl, diameter, and length. I recommend using a shallower, wider box to sort the lash bricks by lash type. To avoid clutter, I keep these tucked away in a closed cabinet.
However, I display the retail products on a decorative shelf. It’s important to always have products that enhance the customer’s lash experience (not to mention the revenue potential that comes from carrying/selling retail products)
